Here, you will learn everything you need to know to gear yourself up and play this build at the highest level. By heavily investing in the Bottomless Mags tree, this build coupled with specific Vladof and Maliwan weapons provide the fastest boss killing potential since Porcelain Pipe Bomb nerf. Embracing the adage "the best defense is a good offense" the following build offers little in terms of survivability, in exchange for the ability to melt bosses in a handful of seconds, at worst. Boss Killer Moze playstyle is extremely simple and it is meant to be as quick and effective as possible.
Start the boss encounter in Iron Bear, pop out to proc any anointment effects you may have and to enable Some for the Road.
Moze - God Tier (Post "Nerf") Grenade Build
Delete Boss with the appropriate elemental weapon; rinse and repeat. Iron Bear is mostly used to proc Some for the Road and anointed effects, thus its loadout is more of a personal choice.
I like to run with double Salamanderaugmented with both Fuel Economy and Molten Roar for the extra mobility. While maximizing Matched Set is not as important as in Maliwan Mozeit is advisable to get at least 2 matching weapons and a grenade mod of the same manufacturer to be able to dispatch a boss within the 5 seconds of Some for the Road and the remaining clip under negative mayhem 3 affixes.
Last weapon slot is for the Sellout in case we want to hunt red health bosses, and it is best paired with an Elemental Projector artifact.
Regarding Class mods, Bloodletter synergizes with the build, but it is not mandatory. There are simply no other options that stand out for the time being. When choosing the Artifact, Deathless offers the highest damage increase unless you have a class mod that gives you at least 2 extra points in Thin Red Line ; if that is the case, then using a Grave offers even more damage at the expense of further lowering our shields.
The Re-Router Shield is the offensive choice, providing even more damage on our first shot. Ward can be a good alternative, although somewhat risky. Grenades mods are mostly used to extend primary weapon magazine size through Matched Set ; pick any Vladof mod if you run with Lyudaor a Tran-fusion for added sustain if you run with Cutsman since there are no Maliwan Grenade mods yet. Anointed rolls are special additional effects that can appear on weapons and shields at higher levels. The special effects relate to the use of action skills and provide powerful temporary buffs.
The build relies on a tight combination of specific legendary items, thus there is no viable alternatives from missions. Sign In Remember me Not recommended on shared computers. Sign in anonymously.

Amara Elemental Ricochet Build Guide.Moze the Gunner is the bombastic lead-spitter of the Borderlands 3 characters roster, and with her tonne Iron Bear mech never far away, there is a great deal of scope for customising her however you want.
Rather than choosing between three Action Skills like the other Borderlands 3 characters, Moze the Gunner can choose between three later six different guns to equip her Iron Bear with, one on each arm. Moze is, on first glance, a pretty easy character to get to grips with. Stand back and enjoy the radioactive fireworks. There are three ways to improve your DPS in most games: higher base damage, higher fire rate, and the ability to fire for longer.
While the previous Moze build focused very much on the first method, investing heavily in the Bottomless Mags skill tree will work absolute wonders for the other two methods. After this, you can actually be quite flexible with the order in which you assign points in this build. The Let Off Some Steam Skill Augment gives your Miniguns higher damage as heat increases, and gives us the ability to fire them for longer, which suits our needs perfectly. This is a build all about never letting go over the fire button.
This Moze build focuses heavily on the Shield of Retribution skill tree in order to boost your shield to truly insane levels, while also keeping your damage up to scratch with your Railgun and Vanquisher Rocket Pods.
For now, place 5 points into Armored Infantry and 5 into Selfless Vengeancewhich grant us both survivability while our shields are up, and as much extra damage as we can give for the time being. The first of these gives some extra Incendiary damage upon every crit, while the others start to beef up our shield game. After this, head to the Demolition Woman tree just to pick up that lovely trio of DeadlinesGrizzledand Stainless Steel Bear to lengthen our time spent in the Iron Bear and unlocking our Vanquisher Pod Missiles to boot.
And after this, head back to the orange tree and max out every skill except for Drowning In Brass. Which allows you to relax in your mech and blast anything that moves with your Railgun and Rockets combo. Overall this is a surprisingly versatile build despite its focus on the up-close-and-personal barbecuing of enemies.

This is one of the best Moze builds out there, based purely on Grenade Damage.
The Boss Damage is insane, and thanks to Splash, it also carries an amazing pack clearing potential. The primary goal is to maintain infinite Grenades by choosing Grenades which splits when thrown or detonated, dealing multiple instances of Splash Damage with each cast. At the same time, this build offers very solid defenses based on.
It's a very enjoyable, and well-rounded build for the Moze Character, which is among the Top Tier Borderlands 3 builds currently.Borderlands 3 MOZE GRENADE BUILD - UNLIMITED NADE SPAM Destroys Everything Mayhem 3 - After Patch
Odealo is a player-driven Borderlands 3 marketplace that allows trading with the use of real money. Below you will find the recommended Passive for the Moze Grenadier build. When it comes to choosing your secondary Tree, this build is rather flexible. We recommend going Shield of Retribution for extra defenses and faster Shield recovery, but you could also go for Bottomless Mags if you want to deal extra Gun Damage. Bottomless Mags may also be a good option when you are leveling, and you are unable to sustain infinite Grenades with your current equipment.
Demolition Woman Tree. This is the core Tree that you should be following first.
Moze - God Tier (Post "Nerf") Grenade Build
Shield of Retribution Tree. Shield of Retribution Tree was chosen to enhance our defenses. We will be aiming at improving the maximum Shield capacity and it's Recharge Rate. Also, Crits caused by Grenades will make you instantly start recovering your Shield. You should primarily focus on Splash Damage Weapons. This goes for Shotguns, Explosive Guns, and Grenades, and so on. You can use Tediore weapons which will also act as Grenades when you want to reload them for some extra Splash, but in general, you primary focus should be on getting the Hex Grenade which is the best item for this build.

Moze is a run and gun style of character, but utilizes a huge mech called the Iron Bear.
If you're up against tough to kill enemies, you'll be utilizing this vehicle to deal huge amounts of damage to your foes with a variety of different weaponry! We're featuring multiple builds that you can choose from which take advantage of the different skill trees. It's very early in the game's lifespan, so we'll be rotating out builds here and there as more powerful options are discovered! Credit to WillisGaming for the Build. There's a lot of Moze builds out there that utilize grenades, but if you want to trash bosses with guns then this is your best bet!
The key to this build is that you must have a Deathless Legendary Artifact for Moze. What this does is brings your health down to 1, which synergizes with the rest of the build. I know you read that and got a bit scared, but don't worry because we're going to have a huge shield that should protect us from too much harm.
You will also want to look for a high Weapon Damage class mod to compliment the build. For your gun, you will want to have the Lyuda Sniper Rifle. It also features a huge additional crit bonus which will have you doing a ton of damage to enemies. As for the skills, you'll be going down both the Bottomless Mags and Shield of Retribution trees. Most of the key skills have to do with increasing your Gun Damage when you have high shields or low health.
One of those is Armored Infantry which gives you a nice boost of damage when you have a shield active. Further down the Shield of Retribution tree is the key to this build and is called Desperate Measures. Going down the Bottomless Mags tree will get us the ability to rarely have to reload and allows us to continually be firing over and over.
Some key skills here are Redeistribution which regenerates ammo each time we score a critical hit. This build takes skills from all three trees and combines them into one of the more powerful early builds for Moze. This'll make those times when you get overrun a lot more manageable. On the Grenade Launcher side, we're running the Shaped Charge augment which vastly increases the damage of it when we land a direct hit.
Thin Red Line reduces our health but increases our shields, and Desperate Measures gives us a big increase in gun damage if we're low on health. This is a great synergy to have, as we will now always have that buff!Search the site: Search.
By Michael Bitton on September 26, Guides 0. Of the four Vault Hunters in Borderlands 3Moze is my favorite and also one of the strongest in the game. Infinite ammo? Nigh invulnerable?
Tons of damage and explosions? Even Iron Bear is mostly usable. Some For the Road in Bottomless Mags is purely preference. The real goal here with Bottomless Mags is to get to Forge for the practically infinite ammo it provides. But what about Shield of Retribution? I thought that was the best way to make Moze tanky?
Means of Destruction will contribute to your goal of infinite ammo and will give you practically infinite grenades. Pull the Holy Pin grants your grenades a huge chance to crit, which allows them to deal insane amounts of damage. Vampyr is what will make you a walking god. Weapons are mostly preference.
This list is not remotely exhaustive. Shield: The Transformer World Drop. The reason Shield of Retribution works as well as it does is Vladof Ingenuity negates the weakness to Shock damage a shield build would normally have by providing ample Shock resistance.
This shield also restores shields when taking Shock damage, which comes as an added benefit when we use our Grenade mod, which is…. Storm Front is a Shock grenade that will spawn several child grenades when thrown.
I personally go with Recurring Hex.Forgot your password? Centered around Grenades, this synergistic build is an end-game powerhouse suited to handle the most difficult content while providing unrivaled survivability and damage output.
Here, you will learn everything you need to know to gear yourself up and play this build at the highest level. Grenadier is a hybrid build with incredible damage potential centered around weapons and grenades, coupled with plenty of self-sustain to enable a balanced playstyle that thrives in challenging content with continuous battles such as various Circles of Slaughter.
Unlike some other builds, Iron Bear is mostly used to enable Anointed traits, or eventually as panic button when overwhelmed or still gearing up.
Grenadier build, as the name implies revolves around the use of Grenades to bolster your damage and both supplement your shields and ammo for equipped weapon as well as Grenade ammo, in order to start a self-sustaining loop as long as there are enemies around.
The key for this playstyle to work is to find a flow, a cadence where to balance grenade usage and weapons in order to reload the least and use as many grenades without running dry. Lobbing a Grenade at enemies will give you shield regen, chances for grenade and ammo back, it can crit thus proc ammo regen and additional incendiary damage, on top of already dealing bonus incendiary damage with each splash tick.
As we do not focus on Iron Bear, and we do not spare points for its weapon augment, you can use whichever weapon configuration you like the most. I personally found the V Grenade Launcher to be the most impactful in general, while also retaining some synergy with the build. For a more offensive and scaling variation of the build, you can forego the 9 Skill Points in Bottomless Mag to increase your Gun Damage output but not Grenades while renouncing some of your ammo sustain and Incendiary Damage.
As a build reliant on specific gear pieces, first and foremost you need a good grenade mod. Key traits are multiple damage instances and continuous ticks, so your 2 best options at the moment are Storm Front and Recurring Hex. Storm Front is generally easier to obtain and offers high damage versus multiple targets with some degree of Crowd Control due to its Elemental Damage being exclusively Shock; the downside is that Shock itself has no bonus damage against anything beside shields.
The second and much harder to obtain option is the Recurring Hexwhich can come in both Radioactive and Cryo variants. It is a homing grenade that slowly floats towards hostile targets and keep hitting them with beams for the whole duration. Standard Hex is not really that good.
Recurring Hex combines both MIRV and divider properties to deliver a homing grenade splitting into 6! In terms of weapons, the Flakker is a no-brainer choice: extremely high damage and multiple instances of explosions with each shot makes the weapon extremely good in this build specifically, both for the burst damage and as a means to replenish resources.
For Assault Rifles, Laser-Sploder and Ogre offer good synergy with splash damage sources, but generally good weapons like Lucian's Call and Rowan's Call can find a place, especially to cover some Elemental Damage your loadout may lack. I recommend at least one if not two launchers, depending on the situation: Scourge packs quite the punch if you can aim precisely and it is one of the best options to take down beefy Badasses; Hive allows you to deal with those pesky flying units like the Rakks in the Cistern of Slaughter.
Last but not least, the Jericho enables tremendous chain-reaction explosions and friendly fire. The last weapon slot is flexible, but I like to run Torgue Revolvers like the Devastator or Roisen's Thorns to help dealing with armor, preferably in the Double Penetrating variant with double the pellets. Regarding Class mods, Bloodletter is the first choice, allowing you to literally facetank waves of enemies while outgunning everything on the screen, teammates included.
Another viable option is Blast Mastersacrificing the safety of Bloodletter in favour of even more Damage, as long as you are not forced to reload. When choosing the Artifact, Deathless is a cornerstone to the build, thus is not easily replaceable. If you have yet to find it, other temporary options are Otto Idol for added sustain or Victory Rush for added mobility and damage. Shield mods offer more room for choice: the first pick and safest option overall is The Transformer which covers one glaring flaw shields have: extreme vulnerability to shock damage.
Coupled with Storm Frontyou can drop grenades at your feet or shoot Shock barrels to replenish your shields. Another pick worth mentioning is the Front Loader which reserves even more health returned as shields, and stacks with Deathless and Thin Red Linealbeit with diminishing returns. Anointed rolls are special additional effects that can appear on weapons and shields at higher levels. The special effects relate to the use of action skills and provide powerful temporary buffs. Grenadier build greatly benefits from 2 Class Specific rolls due to various means of regenerating ammo, thus extending our magazine size:.
Other generic Anointed Effects still provide a boost, but there is a consideration to be made. Iron Bear natively has a long animation period during which you are indeed invulnerable but at the same time not doing anything, thus translating in downtime.
Most of the Anointed effects last a handful of seconds which means you often end up even when accounting for the downtime. Sign In Remember me Not recommended on shared computers. Throw a couple of Hex grenades into a crowd, and use your favorite explosive weapon to kill them off!
The Hex will keep you alive, so just have fun shooting the enemies! This build is very practical and has been the most fun build in my opinion! Unfortunately, since Iron Bear is kind of weak in endgame, you can use any weapon and augment combo you want.
In the future if Iron Bear gets an endgame build or rework, I will update this. This is the class mod I use, and a similar class mod is what you will want to find. The skills on the one I have are what you want to aim for, but the ability for shields to be healed is necessary for this build.
This is that artifact I use, and a similar artifact is what you want to find. There is only 1 required weapon for this build, and it is the Hex. Even post nerf The Hex is going to provide you with a fuck ton of healing if you throw a bunch into a crowd. Without it, this build is no where near as strong. The constant healing from the Hex is going to make you into a god. A highly recommended weapon for this build is the Flakker, as it does a ton of explosive damage and will provide a good source of grenade replenishment.
After the nerf, the Jericho on Mortar mode is much better. Spam grenades to keep ammo up. I personally use the Bearcat, Laser-Sploder, and the Skeksil in my other 3 slots. Any shield will work for this build, as long as it has high capacity. My rule of thumb is just to use the highest capacity shield I can find!
Builds Create new build. Overview Blow shit up and feel invincible Usage This build consists of using grenades a lot to keep yourself alive, and having large shields to boost up survivability.
